Joon is proud to be celebrating its one millionth customer on board since its first commercial flight on 1st December 2017.

This customer, who was travelling on the flight from Rome to Paris-Charles de Gaulle, was greeted on arrival in Paris by Jean-Michel Mathieu, Joon’s CEO, together with the crew and was presented with:

  • A return flight for two people to the medium-haul destination of their choice;
  • A pair of Joon “Le Coq Sportif” sneakers, the emblem of our crews’ uniform;
  • As well as other surprises!

This was a symbolic moment and the promise of many more to come. In just six months, Joon has expanded and now takes you even further. We started this autumn by flying you to Berlin, Barcelona, Porto and Lisbon. We then quickly extended our network and Joon took off to Oslo, Rome, Naples and Istanbul. And then, as we promised on our first flight, Europe was at your feet and Joon already had its sights on the rest of the world.

On 25 March 2018, with its fleet of Airbus A340 equipped with surprising new cabins, Joon took off to its first long-haul destinations: Cairo, Cape Town, Fortaleza, Mahe, Tehran and, starting on 18 June, Mumbai.

“Everyone here at Joon is proud of the trust our customers place in us day after day and flight after flight. Since December we have been innovating to meet our customers’ new expectations of a tailor-made travel experience and attentive service, CEO of Joon.
