PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte may have brokered the term-sharing deal between Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano and Marinduque Rep. Lord Allan Velasco at the House of Representatives but he won’t “coerce, intimidate, force” lawmakers on who to vote for their speaker, Malacañang said on Saturday.
