Fall Band Banquet
Our Fall band banquet will be held on Sunday, January 8th from 5:00pm - 10:00pm.  This is an evening to celebrate our marching season, parades, and concerts to date.  The event will be at enVision Hotel (formerly the Holiday Inn) located at 31 Hampshire Street in Mansfield.  Cost will be $25/guest - there is no charge for the students.  Please complete this form so that we have an estimated headcount no later than Sunday, December 18th.

Dinner will be Italian fair and served buffet style.   List any dietary restrictions we should be aware of (Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Allergies).
UNIFORM COLLECTION
We will start with Seniors and Juniors for uniform collection the night of the banquet.  Uniforms should be washed in cold water and hung to dry prior to returning.

SENIORS:  Garment bag, dinkles, gloves, and shoe bag are yours to keep.  Please return your full uniform, including shako in it's box.

JUNIORS:  Please return your full uniform, IN THE GARMENT BAG, and your shako in it's box.  You may keep your dinkles, gloves, and shoe bag at home.

We will be posting additional dates for Sophomores and Freshman as well as anyone who is unable to bring the night of the banquet.  Starting the process now will just make our process a little easier.
PAYMENT
Once we have your RSVP count you will receive an invoice via email through our 
QuickBooks account for payment.  Please note that student credits may not be used for banquet payment.
