And.. we're back - Day 12 - yay!

My Viral Pin is still going VERY strong -

and it is SO fun.

I'm ready to tell you what I did to that post the Viral Pin links to in just a second, but first...

I really, REALLY need to update you on something.

This is IMPORTANT:

My email issues are STILL going on.

I was told the issues I'm having are *only* for Yahoo and AOL email users, but turns out that is NOT the case.

Emails sent TO me are not coming through.

Emails I sent OUT are not being delivered.

It's nuts -

and it's driving me C-R-A-Z-Y

While this is going on...

and you need to contact me.

Please... PLEASE do this for me:

That's my Help Desk.

It goes through a different server.

I will get it.

Just click "Submit a Request"

Fill in the little form and...

It will be emailed to me directly.

And - it will be just like an email conversation.

I'm SO sorry for all this - I do NOT like being "unreachable".

There is a "Contact" button on my website if you need it.

(but don't use any of the social media channels - I don't do that).

Ok - Let's talk Pinterest... and my Viral Pin.

Yesterday, I told you that I had a pin going SUPER viral - and it's still going on.

LOTS of traffic to ONE post.

So much traffic that it DOUBLED my ad revenue on it's own for all THREE of my sites.

So, yesterday I said:

"Once they GET to your post, be sure you have OTHER "irresistible" pins for them to save also.

That, right there, is one of the things I did to help INCREASE the results of my Viral Pin.

As soon as I did it, and republished my post - it INSTANTLY started working."

Once I noticed ALL the crazy traffic to that ONE post, I did a few things to help me get MORE out of that traffic.

Here's What I Did

1 - I looked at the boards people were saving/repinning that pin to... what were those board NAMED?

(remember, pins are PERSONAL to pinners)

I racked my brain trying to think of some other image graphic people visiting that post might ALSO want to save/pin.

I came up with two new images for that post.

I made the images, put them in my viral post, then republished it.

Almost INSTANTLY, pinners started pinning those new post images too.

That's a great chance to keep traffic to that post going.

And it's working =)

2 - I really, REALLY looked at my post... thought about anything remotely related to the topic of that post and what those visitors NEED.

I then added some complimentary Amazon products to my post.

Today, I woke up and checked - and sold a few of those new products I added.

Now, those Amazon sales are nice

(but let's be honest, those commissions leave a LOT to be desired haha!)

But adding useful, helpful, relevant additional images to my Viral Post was the biggest win - and the win I think will pay off for a long time.

As I said in yesterday's email - pinners will almost ALWAYS repin the pin that brought them to your post.

I wish I could show you my live stats - but that is FACT.

Do the best you can to offer them something else useful, helpful, interesting, etc to ALSO pin.

By adding those additional images to my post, pinners were organically finding new pin images that Pinterest had never 'seen' before - and that is nothing but a good thing.

It's a magical part of the Pinterest 'snowball' of traffic.

Imagine if ALL that traffic my Viral Pin has been sending landed on a post with NOTHING else to pin?

That would be a HUGE lost opportunity.

If YOU have a post that does well with Pinterest traffic, really LOOK at that post.

What else can you add with images... or with products to make the most of it?

Ok, that's it for today...

AND for this week.

We take the weekends off - so I will be back in your inbox on Monday.

Again -

If you need me:

Hitting reply on this email probably will NOT work right now.

And -

If you really want to learn how to do Pinterest in the best way possible...

She is so very, very good at Pinterest.

PS-

I have just a FEW spots open in my Pinning Service.

And I'm getting pretty picky about the niches I want to pin for.

If you're interested, and you have a 'Pinterest Friendly' blog niche...

I love pinning for other bloggers.

Ok -

that's it for this week!

We'll talk again Monday -
