We don’t recommend installing these unless absolutely necessary, but you have the freedom to do so. You can also use the web browser to use many of these apps.

This computer will not run software that is exclusive to Windows and macOS. This would include things like Adobe Suite, specialized software, and advanced games. Web browsing is well supported, any program you use through your browser will work. You may want to check whether your favorite software is available on Linux. Customers may return an unopened package within 7 days of delivery, customers will cover shipping. Past 7 days, there will be a $50 restocking fee. Customers will pay for return shipping.

Prepaid DataSIMs can be activated within 365 days, and you will be able to use data for 180 days or until the data runs out.

Monthly DataSIMs renew every month, your data is renewed. If your subscription is cancelled, your DataSIM will stop working at the end of the next billing cycle or when the data runs out. If you run out of data, your DataSIM will slow down. You will receive regular email notifications on the remaining amount of data.

You may request a refund for your first month if:
