Joy. It's a simple idea. But when it comes to understanding this state as part of our full range of human expression, things can get a little complex... In this edgy episode you'll get to see me squirm a little as I sit in the coachee seat under the safe support of Mike as coach. We explore my personal relationship with joy, and how this shows up in my experience today, both as an individual and in a relational context. If you're used to seeing me as Anne as coach or Anne as "philosophiser", please tune-in and see what happens when the lens is turned back on me.
