I don’t know if any of you would really care about desk tour videos, but we might do some members only ones to get feedback on the art studio before me and my brother do a full studio tour video… We are hoping to revive the Creator Gear Guide channel with breakdowns of each desk setup and all of my camera gear later this year.

A 1M subscriber creator won’t judge you for a video that doesn’t get 100K views in a month. Because a 1M subscriber creator, knows everyone starts at zero… And has failed more times than the people judging you have even tried.

I’ve been preparing the studio for an upcoming content blitz and made more progress on the renovations in the basement. We will be bringing back a favorite format to the channel… TECH & TUTORIAL videos for cameras, production and editing, including an advanced GREEN SCREEN tutorial that covers lighting… And some tutorials for streaming and video podcasting. BEFORE hitting 100,000 subscribers I was primarily a tutorial and tech channel, and a lot of that value still overlaps with what content creators need to build their skills and deliver value. Saturday I turned 41 and celebrated by speaking at VidCon for a keynote and hosting a mentorship workshop. Even though it was the last day and second to last session we were AT CAPACITY, and even had to do an hour long Q&A in the hallway afterwards.
