We’re transparent with our lending criteria, so you know where you stand when submitting a case to us. Explore or download our lending criteria.

If your client does not meet all conditions, applications may still be considered.

For existing customers

We have two options for our existing mortgage customers looking to stay with us for the next chapter of their property journey:

  1. Product Transfer – when your customer’s fixed rate is ending and they wish to secure a new fixed rate with no additional borrowing or changes to the contractual term. They must have no missed Shawbrook mortgage payments within the last 12 months to be eligible.
  2. Shawbrook Refinance – for when your customer’s fixed rate is ending and they wish to capital raise or make contractual changes to the loan.
