Woah! Where did the time go?
2024 is coming to a close, and we’re all looking back at the year wondering, what brought us joy? What didn’t get done? What are we most looking forward to?
To get you into the best shape for next year, I need you to grab a piece of paper or journal and jot down the answer to these questions:
Looking back ⏰
What stressed me out this year? What am I proud of this year? What things/people/habits/decisions impacted my life most this year?
Looking inward 💫
What am I most afraid of? If I wasn’t afraid, what would I do? When do I feel the most powerful? What do I need more of in my life? Less of?
Looking forward 🧭
What do I want to focus on in the first quarter of the new year? What inspires and motivates me to keep myself on track? What does my ideal day, month, and year look like?
Looking outward 🗺️
What/who currently drains my energy? What fuels me? Who do I look up to? What qualities do I admire? What would my ideal life look like?
Personally, I’m using the next couple of weeks to decipher what happened this year and set goals and systems for next year. 2025 sounds like a far-off futuristic date, but it’s right around the corner. How will you make it the best year yet?
